Each time you access this website you acknowledge to us that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions of Use and agree to be bound by them.
Lankine Estate does not sell alcohol to persons under the age of 18. By using this website you confirm that you are over the age of 18. Lankine Estate makes every effort to ensure that alcoholic beverages are not delivered to anyone who is under the age of 18. By using this website you are acknowledging that the person receiving a shipment of alcoholic beverages from Lankine Estate is over the age of 18.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SITE. If you are under the age of 18 years and intentionally or unintentionally misrepresent your age in order to purchase alcohol, Lankine Estate will prosecute you to the full extent allowable by law. Likewise if you purchase alcohol on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years. If the person receiving the wine is unable to produce appropriate ID, our couriers will be unable to leave the wine.
Our products will be despatched by Lankine Estate Pty Ltd (Lankine Estate) under SA Liquor Licence No. 57614339.
Further, by accessing, viewing or transacting on this website you warrant that you are of legal drinking age in your country of residence or in the location from which you are viewing, accessing and/or transacting.

Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions of Use are governed by the laws of South Australia and Australia, including any agreement between you and Lankine Estate and this website. If there is a dispute between you and Lankine Estate that results in litigation then you must submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
Risks & Warnings
Lankine Estate supports the responsible consumption of alcohol. We want you to enjoy our wine but it should be consumed in moderation and never in conjunction with driving a motor vehicle or other machinery. You should make yourself aware of the health problems that can be caused by the consumption of alcohol. This includes, that women, who are pregnant, should not drink alcoholic beverages because of the potential risks related to birth defects.
Lastly, we want you to know that a carton of wine is heavy so extra care should be taken when you are lifting your purchase. If you are concerned about the weight, we recommend that you unpack your wine 1 – 2 bottles at a time.
Limitation of Liability
It is an essential pre-condition to you using our website that you agree and accept that Lankine Estate is not legally responsible for any loss or damage you might suffer related to your use of the website, whether from errors or from omissions in our documents or information, any goods or services we may offer or from any other use of the website. This includes your use or reliance on any third party content, links, comments or advertisements. Your use of, or reliance on, any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable.
It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific, personal requirements. Contract Made
When you place your order to buy from Lankine Estate, this is an offer to buy. There is no contract of any kind between you and Lankine Estate unless and until we accept your order, and in the case of wine goods purchased, that is when we process your payment for the wine goods purchased. Up until that point, Lankine Estate can decline to supply the wine goods to you at our absolute discretion. At the point we successfully process your payment, a contract is made between you and Lankine Estate. The wine goods you purchase remain the property of Lankine Estate until payment is made in full.
