Delivery, Refunds & Returns
Your purchase of goods from Lankine Estate is usually dispatched to you via Australia Post within 2-3 business days. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the delivery option you have nominated and/or your postal location.

Where we are experiencing an extended heat period (in our dispatch location or your receiving delivery location) we may delay your delivery to prevent spoilage of your purchased wine. We will contact you if this is the case.
Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly as we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received, where that delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our control, including war, riot, malicious damage, compliance with any current or future law or government policy, rule, regulation or direction, fire, storm, flood or other poor weather conditions, Act of God, failure of ISP or telecommunications provider in connection with the purchase by you.
Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the absolute discretion of Lankine Estate. Unfortunately Lankine Estate will not exchange or refund your purchase if you simply change your mind however if the wine purchased is spoilt, please notify us with your complaint within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for you wanting to return the wine. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, where the wine is spoilt, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the applicable wine purchased. Unopened wine goods will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of Lankine Estate. Our total liability to you is limited to the purchase price of the wine products purchased from us by you.
