We have only two rows of hand-picked Sauvignon Blanc in our vineyard, and this exclusive wine has turned out to be a little gem! It boasts all the delicately herbaceous and classic flavours of the variety. Then, on the palate it is not only fruity, vibrant and crisp, but also soft and well-balanced, with a touch of oak on its delicious lingering finish. We are confident you will find it eminently quaffable on a myriad of auspicious occasions!
